The ambience is more like living with nature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A salute to the staff who have attended to our needs with a smile. And, the complimentary breakfast, although simple, was tasty and delicious enough. The location was just nice for us to move around and suit our main purpose for coming to Karaikudi.

It’s a very clear and comfortable place to stay and access city.. but it’s a property hotel with limited room..you will not get the proper Chettinad house experience with because once you enter inside the hotel you’ll have access only to your room and a balcony outside on first floor…it’s doesn’t have a hall or dinning space or a common corridor..

Recently had a great experience at Chola heritage. The property is located at the perfect location. It's neither too busy, not too quiet. The property is large and gives an authentic chettinad vibe. Got ample space to hang out with friends and kids. Rooms are neat with well-designed washrooms and air conditioning. They also provide complimentary breakfast. Special mention to Sathya who went out of her way to make us comfortable. If you're looking for a family friendly place to stay and explore karaikudi, Chola Heritage is your place. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious clean rooms, loved the decor - Chettinad style & minimal. Comes with toiletries & few snacks Location is super convinent if you're arriving by train, it's just a 15 minute walk from the Karaikkudi Station. We were visiting the Chettiyar mansions in Kanadukathan area, Athangudi Palace & VVR house, all of them were located 30-40 mins away There is a breakfast buffet & it was good, there was a good selection to choose from. I loved the black rice Kanji Best part were the staff - they were super friendly & warm. We needed help with getting around, they went above & beyond - thanks to them our trip went smoothly Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area

I booked the property for me and my husband post our wedding and i requested any honeymoon arrangements for our wedding night 😍. The staff decorated the room with flowers and balloons 😄 it was a good experience thanks to the lady at the reception I am so sorry I forgot to ask your name. The lady was really helpful and soft spoken. I thoroughly enjoyed an authentic breakfast at the property and would definitely recommend this property for a peaceful getaway. Thank you Chola 😍

A lovely heritage hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had lovely traditional furniture that fitted in with the style of the hotel. The rooms weren’t huge but that was to be expected as it’s an old building. Lovely gardens to sit and relax in. Nice communal balcony to sit on and have a drink and chat on an evening. The breakfast was Indian style but we did get an omelette and some bread and jam. Wifi and air con worked well. There was a supermarket across the road from the hotel.

Good Resort in Best Rate! Normal hotels also selling around 3500rs in karaikudi. Around that budget rate we have a good opportunity here. My wife and kids enjoyed lot with food, birds park, swing and chess. We enjoyed that Different experience heritage bed rooms.

The manager was very helpful and helped us organise our onward travel. The night receptionist was super helpful too. The property has a relaxing feel and we really liked the animals and chess set. The rooms were very clean.

The staffs were very attentive and caring. You feel comfortable from the moment you greet them. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Not forgetting, the authentic South Indian decorations and collections perfectly blend with the environment. Worth every penny!

This place is execellent with chettinad style ambience. The staff are very good. The rooms too are good and well equipped with Sukku coffee and other traditional sweets. The reception staff are very pleasing and welcomed us a welcome drink ( Tamilnadu traditional Goli soda).
